  • What is your refund policy?
  • How do I complete the government required quarantine upon arrival?

Visitors arriving in Canada and United States may be required to complete a period of quarantine. As a student, here are your responsibilities.

    • Stay up to date with the government COVID-19 quarantine requirements for travellers. Depending on where you travel to, you may wish to check the requirements in Canada or United States
    • Discuss with the host about your quarantine plan which needs to meet the government requirements and obtains approval from the host.

While some hosts may offer quarantine services privately, we are not able to verify whether the homestay meets the requirements of the government regulation. The homestay booking completed on homadorma does not include quarantine services provided by the host. We recommend booking the homestay after the quarantine period. If the student chooses to complete the quarantine period at a homadorma homestay, please be aware

    • Homadorma does not endorse or is responsible for the quarantine services provided by host
    • The termination policy may be voided if it's in violation with the quarantine act. For example, the student cannot move out of the homestay, if the student is still in quarantine.
