How do I book a Homestay Tour?
Homestay tour via Homadorma starts when a host sends you an invitation. You will then see a Visit button at Booking Status page. You may follow the instruction on the page to book the homestay tour.

How much does it cost to have a Homestay Tour?
The Homestay Tour charge is $400. You can visit unlimited homes within 90 days before booking. Get $400 off your booking after completing experience surveys.

I have booked a Homestay Tour, but the host doesn't confirm the visit time. What should I do?
After your Homestay Tour is booked, our system sends a notification to the host immediately by email. Hosts also receive the website notification.
The host's contact information (phone number, email and address etc) is included in your confirmation email. If you'd like to contact the host immediately or you do not hear back from the host on Homadorma, feel free to call or email the host.
Hosts receive your contact information in their confirmation emails. They may also contact you by phone call or email.
Once your Homestay Tour is booked, you will have unlimited visits within 90 days. We strongly recommend you to contact as many hosts as possible to step up your booking process.

I have booked a Homestay Tour, but I'm not able to complete the visit. What should I do?
We understand that in some cases you may not able to complete a visit.
Once your Homestay Tour is booked, you will have unlimited visits within 90 days. We strongly recommend you to contact as many hosts as possible to speed up your booking process.
If you are not able to complete the visit, the survey still needs to be submitted. Please rate the homestay and leave your comment to indicate the reason the visit was not completed.

Can I get the Homestay Tour fee refunded?
Homestay tour fee is non-refundable, but you can get $400 off your next homestay booking after completing experience surveys.
