About Mary's family
Hosting in Richmond since 2018We are an Asian family who lives on a quiet neighbourhood. We have a 10 y/o son who knows how to behave and is quite friendly once he warms up to you And a very curious & charming 4 y/o old girl .We follow rules but also very flexible and we believe that with good communication everything could be resolved. We have been hosting Highschool students since 2018. We are clean, organized & friendly household.

- We expect you to keep your room, bathroom & common areas Neat & Tidy

- we will do your laundry 1x per week. We don’t laundry Jackets/shoes.
- depending on your age, we follow curfew 12:30am
- No pets
- Not allowed to have other people sleep over in your room
- Minors will need parents permission to sleep over/travel to other places
- food will be provided 3x/day unless otherwise you opted out of that option
