Hosting in North York since 2019房东来自中国的上海，曾是中国国内的大学教授，夫妇俩人都曾经有常年的海外（日本）留学的经历，深知海外留学生活的辛苦，特别是年少的小留学生刚刚来到异国他乡语言不同，饮食习惯不同，文化的差异给原本生活能力不是很强的他们带来了诸多不便，希望能通过我们的努力帮助他们更快的适应当地的生活，照顾好他们的衣食住行，让远在国内的父母放心。 我家位于North York 的 Bayview/Cummer附近，社区治安良好，距离42路公交车站步行3分钟，交通便捷。旁边有沿河小径，环境优美，宜于休闲健身。举步可到超市，邮局，银行等。附近有图书馆，拥有包括泳池/室内溜冰场/滑板公园/网球篮球和垒球场的社区中心，阳光超市等华人餐馆，生活方便。 房子是新装修的独立屋，一楼（三间卧室）和半地下室（两间卧室）作为家庭寄宿、分门出入，家具齐全，相对独立，安静。设有独立的厨房、餐厅和卫生间，专供学生们使用，自由舒适。提供高速上网wi - fi(BELL)，洗衣设施。房子里没有宠物。半地下室宽敞明亮，清洁舒适。我们可以提供接送服务，费用另计。 我们是三口之家，家中一个16岁的男孩，活泼热情。我们的家庭住宿服务注重于品质，更多家庭责任付出，尊重每位孩子的个性，专注于孩子的住家安全、舒适、饮食健康、学习成长等！ Landlord’s former occupation was an university professor in China, he had many years’ experience studied abroad (in Japan), and knew the hardness of study life abroad to new arrivals, who faced a lot of difficulties such as foreign language, different food habits, cultural shocks. Especially to young international students, their independent life ability may be as not strong enough as they thought. Landlord hopes that their efforts can help international students adapt to local life, not only take good care of students’ daily life but also in daily safety. The house locates at North York, Intersection: Bayview/Cummer. It takes 5 minutes walking to #42 TTC bus-stop. The Don River Trial nearby also gives a beautiful environment for leisure and fitness. Besides, library, the Cummer Park Cummunity Centre with great facility (Swimming pool, Indoor Skating, Skateboard/BMX park, Tennis/Basketball court/Baseball diamond), Super Markets (like Sunny Supermarket) and Chinese restaurants spotted around also supply amazing convenience. Neighbouring school include A.Y Jackson Secondary School, Seneca College, York University Campus, etc.. Accommodation basic facts: 4 back-splits detached house in new updated condition. The rooms to share are on the first floor (there are also two basement rooms with separated kitchen and bathroom) equipped with necessary pieces of furniture such as wardrobe, bookcase, beds, study table and desk lamp. It is also possible to enjoy a relaxing time in a family room with sofa and fireplace, a kitchen/dining room and bathroom especially for the students are available. wi-fi, laundry facilities are provide free, no pets in the house are allowed. About landlord’s family: 3-member’s family including a 13-year-old boy, good at cooking Chinese/Japanese cuisine. Focus on service quality; need to respect each other, students’ comfort resides, healthy food and home safety.
