About Ryan's family
Hosting in Surrey since 2019I am a Canadian male who respects different cultures and religions. I have a have townhouse with 1 large bedroom available for a student. I offer $1,000 for rent which gives the student access to the entire house. I also have a garage for them if they have a car. The student can share the entire house: kitchen, living room, dining room, den, balcony, back yard, washrooms and garage. The townhouse is about 5 minutes from bus stop as well. The house is only one year old, in a family oriented neighbourhood and ready to move in!
