Easy commute, 20min to downtown Toronto and University of Toronto St. George Campus. Walk to High School Bishop Allen Academy and Etobicoke School of Art in Royal York Road. Close to Humber College Lakeshore Campus, High school Father John Redmond Catholic Secondary School and Etobicoke Collegiate Institute. Basement apartment has separate entrance, including 2 rooms and a living room, washroom, and kitchenette. Wash and Dryer are on site. Small kitchenette in basement is equipped with full size Refrigerator, Microwave, Toaster and Induction Cooktop, can be used for quick and easy cooking. It will be $880 for One Single Bedroom and to share Washroom and Kitchenette with another person (in another room); The whole basement with Two bedroom plus living room & Washroom and Kitchenette can be rent by two friend students. Price include water, heat , hydro, other utilities and basic internet. Meals is not included.
