I’m a warm and friendly host with a professional background in immigration. I’m a caring mature mother of two daughters, and maintain a clean, non-smoking, non-drinking home. There are no drugs of any kind allowed. My house is not just a room to rent, it is a place where I want students to relax and feel comfortable and at home. I am always available to help or chat, or alternatively to provide as much privacy as a home stay would like. I have years of experience renting to students, especially international students. My home is a very quiet, safe, and conservative home environment conducive to studying. There are no overnight guests permitted in my home. Assistance is provided with accessing local supports and services, grocery shopping, obtaining transportation, as well as acclimatizing to a new country and environment. I’m near a major bus terminal where it’s 30 minutes or less to most locations.
