House rules
No visitors and loud music.
Dishes and kitchen utensils should be washed immediately after use.
Bedroom should be kept clean and tidy at all times and no eating inside. Host reserves the right to inspect the bedroom with prior notice to the student.
Lights should be turned off when not in use.
No long distance telephone calls on home landline.
Laundry to be done after 7 pm during weekdays and 7 am to 7 pm on weekends.
Student should be home before 10 pm and should contact host if coming later or if staying overnight somewhere else.
