2017年成为住我家网 Scarborough 房东Iam retiring soon so my time is not limited looking the well being of my tenants or students underage specially. We are only two lives in this detached 5 bedrooms house. My husband was retired 3 years ago. I am hosting international / local students for four streneous years now . I find it very enjoyable , fun , challenging and exciting. No pets allowed, no smoking, no drinking , no loud noise middle of the night. Always turn off the lights if not needed. Make sure look back the area where you before. If my students boys NO NO girls sleeping over please or vice versa. A very strick compliance on this is a MUST. My house is not a Hotel.
