2018年成为住我家网 Vancouver 房东We are a working professional couple with 2 kids ages 10 and 12, grand mother and a 1 indoor cat. House is new/modern and very bright. Large bay windows with plenty of light and spacious rooms with space to study, sleep and rest. We usually host students 3 to 6 months awhile they adjust to the new city! Walking distance to Starbucks, Save on Foods, Superstore, Walmart, and restaurants. Door to door to downtown is 30mins to major post secondary schools. Easy access to Rupert Skytrain station and a short walk to bus stop. The house is located in a quiet residential area with nearby parks. We provide healthy ingredients for breakfast/lunch for student to prepare their own food based on preference. Dinner is cooked and provided by the family. Bathrooms are shared among students only not family except for the room 4 with own bathroom. Family will clean the bathroom once a week. Student room is located upstairs and will have access to bathroom upstairs and downstairs. 翻译
