2019年成为住我家网 Richmond 房东Our home provides a quiet, family-oriented, flexible and friendly atmosphere. We enjoy international music, movies, nature walks, games, and family gatherings. Student would have their own bedroom with Queen Murphy bed, desk as well as access to TV media room in anther part of our house. They have use of their own bathroom which is just beside the bedroom. We are 1 block away from main road and bus system in Richmond with access to Canada Line in minutes which can get you downtown in 30 min or to UBC in approx. 45 min. We provide beddings, towels, laundry facility, high speed internet . Suggestions are welcome and purchased on grocery shopping day. A hot dinner is prepared by host and served between 5:00 and 6:30 depending on the household activities that day. if you are not home for dinner, it's ok. We always cook lots and you can warm some up when you get home. You can also take leftovers to school the next day for lunch. There will be times where you may need to make your own dinner due to work and travel at times , in this circumstance dinners will be pre- prepared and frozen so that student can just warm up . 翻译

If meal plan requested, food will be provided. Student will make their own breakfast and lunch we will provide dinner. Student to let us know if they are not coming home and needing dinner.
