A Fully Vaccinated Covid Free Home! Hi there!!! Are you tired of searching for a homestay and not knowing if the people will be nice and if you will feel at home? We believe in treating anyone who stays with us like we would our own and we definitely go above and beyond. We have the highest speed Internet in Canada and we believe in providing a positive and happy environment so we all can reach our goals. Our home is new with lots of natural light, great yard space and a patio that you can enjoy throughout all seasons. We are a super nice and educated couple in our early 40's. We can help you learn English so quickly cause we love to talk. Chuck, the homestay dad went to the University of Toronto and he has an accounting diploma and a Bachelors Degree. Aliki, the homestay mom, has a Bachelors Degree from York University. English is our 1st language. We would love to offer you conversational English at no extra charge to help you excel faster at school!!! We have a 7 year old son, and a 3 year old girl. Michael Power and Father John Redmond Catholic High Schools are close by and we are a 40 minute train rain to Downtown Toronto. Please take a look at the photos and message us. To see how far your school is from us, we are right at the major intersection of Kipling Avenue and Eglinton Avenue in Etobicoke. University of Toronto, Ryerson University and Humber students are welcome. Bonus!!! Everything you would ever need is right across the street from us. Starbucks, Coffee Shops, Tim Hortons, Grocery Store open until midnight, a pharmacy called Shopper Drug Mart and more. Message me to see if we would be a good fit for each other. We don't do meals but we have a 24 hour grocery store right across that street, a 4 minute walk that has Hot Food, Starbucks, Asian Foods, International Foods and basically everything you would need to prepare a delicious meal for yourself. We have had students as young as 15 who prepare their own meals and they actually prefer it cause it is their own cultural food. We can even drive you to the grocery store if you need. We go to an Asian market once a week to grab special foods we like and you're more than welcome to tag along. 翻译
